The Best Way and Only Way to Lead Your Team<\/h3>\n

I am often asked\u2026 “How do you I motivate my downlines?”<\/p>\n

“How can I get them to stay focused in the business and produce?”<\/p>\n

The simple but not easy answer is:<\/p>\n

Lead By Example<\/h3>\n

And that is what leadership is.<\/p>\n

Leadership is Leading By Example<\/h3>\n

Go become that person that you want your downlines to be. If you want them to sponsor more, don’t just sit there and talk to them to motivate them! Instead, go out there and show them how it is done!<\/p>\n

Go sponsor a few people!<\/em><\/p>\n

When they see you sponsor, make more money and become successful, they will get fired up.<\/p>\n

That is the easiest way to motivate them.<\/p>\n

What Happens if they are STILL NOT motivated?<\/h3>\n

But what about the people who are not motivated by your success?<\/p>\n

Whether you like this advice or not but it will be the best advice I can give you. You just forget about them and move on. You maintain a good relationship but don’t waste any more time and mental energy to motivate them. You let them go and you just focus on building your business and sponsoring better people.<\/p>\n

You can’t carry these people on your back because after awhile your back will be sore\u2026<\/p>\n

and then it will hurt\u2026<\/p>\n

and then it will hurt so bad that you can’t even go out and sponsor and build your network marketing business.<\/p>\n

You will then have let them sabotage your success.<\/p>\n

Over time, they may get motivated by your success but for now, you just have to let them go.<\/p>\n

We Prefer Leaders that Lead by Example<\/h3>\n

So go become that person that you want your downlines to become. If you want them to sponsor more, then you go and sponsor more people first.<\/p>\n

If you want them to improve their product knowledge, then YOU improve your product knowledge first!<\/em><\/p>\n

If you want them to be punctual for trainings, then YOU be punctual first!<\/p>\n

If you want them to bring people to your meetings then YOU bring people first!<\/p>\n

If you want them to sit in front of trainings and pay attention, then YOU sit in the front and pay attention first!<\/p>\n

If you want them to be selfless and a team player, then YOU be the team player first!<\/p>\n

If you don’t do this, not only are you NOT a leader, but you are a hypocrite!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Will You Motivated by These Leaders?<\/h3>\n

Will you be motivated to play hard in practice if the team captain takes it easy?<\/p>\n

Will you be willing to work hard at work if your boss is always lazy?<\/p>\n

Will troops fight bravely if their captain is a coward?<\/p>\n

My First Lesson In Leadership<\/h3>\n

My original upline in MLM was a nice guy but never led by example. He took it “easy” and I adopted his casual approach. Unfortunately casualness leads to casualties and I earned $0 in first my 2 months in network marketing. Fortunately, I had another upline that saved me and became my mentor. He forced me to step outside my comfort zone and work my butt off.<\/p>\n

Just like every new distributor, I HATED making prospecting phone calls but I saw my mentor make tons of prospecting calls a day. He was a nonstop prospecting machine and soon I fed off his energy. If I wasn’t making phone calls, I would feel guilty cause I knew he was busting his phone prospecting. He led by example and not only did he grow his business but more importantly he had a positive impact on my life through the example he set.<\/p>\n

Start Leading Today<\/h3>\n

So what type of Leader are you?<\/p>\n

Are you leading by example?<\/p>\n

Find the areas where your downlines need help the most and start LEADING in that area today.<\/p>\n

And\u2026 if you don’t have any downlines yet to lead, then start leading YOURSELF! Lead yourself by working on self development and by sponsoring.<\/p>\n

Lead by example!<\/p>\n
