You want to build a relationship but at the same time worry about scaring them away or wasting time with the wrong person?<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are the steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Join a Group You\u2019re Interested In<\/b><\/h2>\n

Don\u2019t just join Facebook groups that are business or related to your product.
\nInstead, the easiest way to meet new friends is through Facebook Groups about things you\u2019re interested in.<\/span><\/p>\n

For example, since I like tennis, I would join 5 – 10 different tennis groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s always easy for people to talk about what they\u2019re passionate about and this makes connecting with people easy.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you like certain sports or teams, it\u2019s always easy to connect with someone who likes the same team as you do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: First Message Formula<\/b><\/h2>\n

If you see someone you like to connect with, add them as a friend and then you can send them this message.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here is my First Message Formula<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHey (First Name)<\/span>
\n+<\/span>
\nENTICING First Sentence<\/span>
\n+<\/span>
\nWhy you\u2019re messaging them<\/span>
\n+<\/span>
\nConnection Point \/ Excitement<\/span>
\n+<\/span>
\nQuestion\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s an example:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHey Bob, I<\/span><\/i> almost didn\u2019t reach out to you<\/i><\/b> but then I decided to anyways.. I swear I\u2019m not a random FB person with a spammy message haha.. <\/span><\/i>I\u2019ve been noticing the comments you\u2019ve made on the Tony Robbins page<\/i><\/b>, and I checked out your profile. We definitely <\/span><\/i>have the same mindset like when you posted about work ethic.<\/i><\/b>.. So I thought we should connect. Great to chat with you, <\/span><\/i>what exactly do you do for work?\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Once they respond, then you have a good lead!<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: 3 Effective Leading Questions<\/b><\/h2>\n

Once you have established communication, here are 3 of my favorite questions I use:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. What do you do for work?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. How long have you been doing that for?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. You must love it huh? OR Have you ever thought of doing anything else?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Those 3 questions reveal a lot about your prospect and let you know whether they\u2019ll be good prospects or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

        If they are, then the next step is to get them on the phone, a FB chat, text, Skype, etc. and invite them to look at your business opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Big Mistake that Many Distributors Make<\/b><\/p>\n

        Make sure you don\u2019t spend too much time before you ask those 3 questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Those questions will help filter your prospects and save you time. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        It\u2019ll reveal who is a good prospect or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

        A common mistake is distributors spend too much time building the relationship and take weeks and months before they actually ask these 3 questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

        You don\u2019t want to spend months only to find out the person will never be interested.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
