autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><br><br><strong><strong>Step by Step Approach to Training Your Team<\/strong><br><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>How do you know if you&#8217;re training someone the right way?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is how you do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Step 1: You Give Them a Task<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>For i.e. make a list of 20 prospects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards 2 things can happen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Scenario 1: Downline Does It<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>If they do the task,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>then you give them the next step or something harder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>you would give them a script and have them send it to the 20 prospects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Scenario 2: Downline Does NOT DO It<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The downline didn&#8217;t do what you ask them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and there are only 2 reasons for this<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 1: They&#8217;re lazy and don&#8217;t want it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 2: They have lack of skills or lack of mindset<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reason 2 is usually the common reason why people don&#8217;t do what you asked them to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Their lack of mindset create fears and overwhelm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>they feel they don&#8217;t know what to do and this paralyzes them<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this happens,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>it&#8217;s pointless to give them the same task<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you have to do is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>give them something EASIER to do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new task can be to simply go over a training that teaches them how to invite<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>send them a motivational audio to encourage them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever you do,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>the new task has to be EASIER than the previous one.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can&#8217;t be the same one because they won&#8217;t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Step 2: Give Them a Second Task<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>2 things can happen again<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Scenario 1: Downline Does It<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Then you give them the next step<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or give them more of what you just gave them (reach out to another 25 people)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Scenario 2: Downlines Still DOES NOT Do It<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The reasons are the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They&#8217;re either lazy and don&#8217;t want it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or it&#8217;s because of lack of skill and confidence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You repeat Step 2 with an even easier task<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Who to Work With<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As long as the team member shows initiative and desire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>then you keep working with them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you feel they&#8217;re just giving excuses after 3 times<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>then you stop working with them 1 on 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and just send them to the group trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The ones who are lazy and make excuses always quit regardless of how much time you spent on them<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remember to work with those that DESERVE your time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>If Your Downlines Feel the Pressure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Back to Carribbean&#8217;s question about dealing with downlines who feel the pressure&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They feel pressure because<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) They don&#8217;t really want it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this is the case,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>then you just let them be where they&#8217;re at<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t make the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mlmnation.com\/downlines-quit-mistakes\/?utm_campaign=blog&amp;utm_source=email-list&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_content=2023-12-14%20newsletter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">common mistake<\/a>\u00a0and push them so hard that they&#8217;ll quit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 ) They want it but they have fears and limiting beliefs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They need more mindset and skills training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As they grow their minds and improve their skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>they&#8217;ll be able to handle the tasks and won&#8217;t feel the pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Take a Step by Step Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>If you take this simple step by step approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>you&#8217;ll be able to train and develop new leaders better<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><br><br><strong>&#8212;&#8211;
