A career ending injury crushed that dream during his final season of University.<\/p>\n<p>Not wanting to go the traditional 9-5 route, Mike decided to become an entrepreneur and has never worked a full time job!<\/p>\n<p>Mike is one of his company\u2019s top Gen Y leaders and his speciality is the Gen Y market. He launched with his current company this past August and is one of the top GenY leaders globally.
